The Open Source Programs Office (OSPO) is excited to share our Open Source Project Catalog! The catalog is a continuously growing collection of open source software projects developed or contributed to by faculty, staff, and students on campus. We encourage you to explore the projects, learn about their applications, and potentially collaborate with the developers.

| Project Description | Coordinated Gene Activity in Pattern Sets (CoGAPS) implements a Bayesian MCMC matrix factorization algorithm, GAPS, and links it to gene set statistic methods to infer biological process activity. It can be used to perform sparse matrix factorization on any data, and when this data represents biomolecules, to do gene set analysis. |
